What the hell is behavior score? Well, it’s your index of teamwork capability. So if you feel always stuck with stupid people, chances are, the game algorithms see you as a stupid person as well.
Dota 2 collects a lot of information on its players. One of the characteristics it tracks is how kind or how to mean of a player known as the “behavior score.” The first time you hear about it? Don’t worry. You’re not the only guy who is clueless. Many suspect, though. Rumors about the hidden pool didn’t come out of anywhere.
The idea is pretty much obvious from the name. Dota 2 algorithms evaluate your in-game behavioral and label with a corresponding grade. The lower the rank, the more of a junk and douchebag you are. Or vice versa. Yeap, grades are not only for school, but you’ve also been secretly judged by your favorite game as well.
The max behavior score is 10,000. No one knows precisely how the game calculates this score, but more than likely it has something to do with commends and reports. Read more about Behavior score in Dota 2: https://twiftnews.com/esport/what-is-behavior-score-in-dota-and-how-to-check-it/
How to Find Your Behavior Score in Dota 2
Finding your behavior score requires having the console enabled if it isn’t already. To do this, you’ll need to:
- Open your Steam Library
- Right-click on Dota 2
- Right-click on Properties
- Click Set Launch Options
- Type “-console” (without the quotations)
- Click OK
Once you have the console up and running, you need to use a specific command within it in order to see your exact behavior score, as there’s no place in the game’s base UI to find it. Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Start up Dota 2
- Open console (the default key for this is “\”)
- Type “developer 1” and press Enter
- Type “dota_game_account_debug”
- Look for “behavor_score: #####”
